Uplift is a one-piece laser pre-cutted mesh for Prolapse repair. This system has a laparoscopic anchor system to fix the mesh at the sacrum promontorium avoiding complex suturing.
Thanks to its anchoring system, the mesh is placed easily and minimizing surgical time.
The mesh is precut; surgeons may avoid manual mesh cutting. This feature means that doctor will save time during the intervention and the mesh will have no rough edges.
Adjustability
Once this mesh has been fixed at both sacrospinous ligaments, the surgeon may adjust the rest of the mesh to avoid wrinkles by pulling accordingly the four additional arms through the trans obturator foramen.
Universal mesh
The same mesh can be used for anterior, vault and posterior prolapse. To use the mesh for the posterior compartment, surgeon may cut the middle and anterior arms, fixating the mesh posteriorly to the sacrospinous ligament and anteriorly to the elevator anus muscles.
